CONDITIONS OF HIRE:

BOOKING:

All hires must be booked in advance, preferably by phone, and picked-up by appointment. (Our hours are very flexible, but this also means we are sometimes unavailable! So please phone first.)

PAYMENT:

Cash, Cheque or Credit Card
(Visa, Mastercard)

For payment via Email or Phone you will need to also quote the CVV number (additional 3 digits on the back of your Credit Card).
(We do not have facility for Eftpos, Diners Club or American Express)

Deposit is not necessary if you have suitable Identification.

All Hire, Operation & Delivery Fees include 10% G.S.T., which you may be able to claim back if you have an A.B.N. number.

IDENTIFICATION:

Driver's Lic. with photo,
or Passport with photo,
A.C.N. or A.B.N. number
or 2 other forms of Identification with current address.

SECURITY:

Responsibility for care of our Equipment during the hire rests with the Hirer (you). Any damage to, or loss of the equipment will be charged to the Hirer.

Exception to this is Equipment delivered with an Operator (from B. S. Sound). In this case the responsibility is shared between the Hirer & B. S. Sound.

INSURANCE:

We carry public liability insurance.
Equipment for hire is not insured, unless it is delivered & set-up by us (as explained above).
